1. To examine the socio-political-economic realities in the Philippines vis-à-vis the current initiatives towards a Federal government

2. To present and understand Social Market Economy as one of the successful economic models in Europe

3. To develop the initial draft policy statement towards a Social Market Economy Framework for the future Federal Republic of the Philippines

4. To create a draft module for the initial implementation of activities for information dissemination
