Held last July 16, among the prominent personalities who graced the event were Mr. Antonio Uy, Vice President for Mindanao Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI), Mr. Fernando Martin Peńa, Member of the Consultative Commission of 2005, Mr. Charlito Z. Manlupig, Founder and Chairperson Emeritus of Balay Mindanaw Foundation, Inc., Atty. Raul Lambino, Acting Secretary-General of Lakas-Christian Muslim Democrats and Member of Philippine Constitution Association (PHILCONSA), Mr. Cerael Donggay, Past President of Cagayan de Oro Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Oro Chamber) with Chris Ivan Lagapa, its Executive Director.

Highlighted in the proposal to shift to Federal-Parliamentary system is the federalization process including the needed preconditions to create a successful shift; features on the Economic Liberalization, features of a Parliamentary System, and Political Party Institutionalization.
The event was conducted in N Hotel in Cagayan de Oro City with organizers from the Centrist Democracy Political Institute (CDPI). This initiative is headed by the CDPI, the 2005 ConCom and the Philippine Chamber of Commerce (PCCI) in support of President Duterte’s Administration.
